He has built a career at the intersection of capital markets, risk management, and client relations, where his expertise ensures accuracy, compliance, and value across complex financial transactions.

Currently with Capital Markets Consulting Group, John advises clients on loan portfolio reviews, servicing oversight, and secondary market transactions. In addition, he serves as a Mortgage Loan Originator with The Mortgage Calculator, where he helps clients navigate origination and lending solutions tailored to their financial goals. His background includes hands-on management of origination and servicing platforms, compliance with evolving regulatory standards, and buyer–seller interfacing for whole loan, MSR, and distressed asset trades.

John’s career also reflects deep experience in bank audits, vendor oversight, and litigation support, where he has led teams in aligning operational practices with regulatory requirements. He has partnered with financial institutions, investors, and service providers to deliver due diligence solutions that mitigate risk while enhancing operational efficiency.

Most recently, John earned his Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license, further expanding his ability to serve clients in origination and lending while leveraging his extensive due diligence and compliance expertise.
