Jo Jones is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of BRIC, a private lending firm built to challenge the status quo and deliver a smarter, faster, more human approach to real estate capital.

She brings more than twenty-five years of experience across subprime lending, conventional lending, and private lending. After fifteen years in traditional lending, she transitioned into private lending to innovate, disrupt, and create solutions that truly serve investors, not institutions.

Jo has built and scaled lending platforms from the ground up into profitable, high-performing companies, consistently maintaining an annual production pipeline of more than fifty million dollars. Her experience spans operational optimization, capital markets, strategic funding, sales leadership, and building high-performing teams that win with integrity.

Her leadership philosophy is simple: clients first, relationships over transactions, impact over ego. She believes capital should accelerate opportunity, not create barriers.
