As Vice President of Business Development at CTC Mortgage, Eric Wilcox leads the strategic growth and operational execution of the company’s loan origination platform. In this role, Eric oversees investor relations, spearheads recruitment and development of high-performing loan officers, and drives marketing initiatives to expand brand visibility and market share.

With nearly two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, Eric brings a comprehensive understanding of the lending lifecycle, having worked across Origination, Servicing, and Correspondent Lending since 2006. His ability to navigate complex financial environments and build lasting partnerships has been instrumental in positioning CTC Mortgage as a trusted leader in the sector.

Eric earned his bachelor’s degree from Western Carolina University in 2005, where he laid the foundation for his career in finance and business. He later completed his MBA at Lynn University in 2014, further enhancing his expertise in strategic management and organizational leadership.
