This class will be held on April 30th and May 1st. Each day will run from 5 PM to 9 PM, with 50-minute segments followed by 10-minute breaks. 

1. This is an 8-hour live course via Zoom, not pre-recorded.
2. NMLS requires all students to have their cameras on at all times and be present.
3. Participation is required. The instructor will ask questions throughout the class, and students must respond through the chat module.

This course satisfies the annual Continuing Education requirements for mortgage loan originators set forth by the SAFE Act. Topics covered that are required by the SAFE Act, include 3 hours of Federal Law, 2 hours of ethics, 2 hours of Nontraditional Mortgage Lending, and 1 hour of Florida Law.
