The SW Chapter has supported our local Hearts & Homes Veterans organization for 6 years. We wanted to connect with non-profit organization that was locally owned; where monies did not leave our local area. We were so fortunate to have discovered Hearts & Homes. 5 local counties of Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry and Desoto are served. It is a Florida nonprofit corporation that was created on March 25, 2013. Its sole purpose is to support homeless veterans, and their families, who find themselves without the necessities of everyday life. Hearts & Homes for Veterans is committed to empowering veterans to lift themselves out of poverty and then, in turn, reach back and help other veterans do the same. Hearts & Homes for Veterans is run by Veterans for Veterans. Please be part of our tournament this year in sponsorship, playing in the tournament, donating auction items or volunteering.
